Things seemed to be going well got my auto renters all my insurance switched to a new agent and some how 4 months later my renters insurance gets canceled… so I call and oops they changed my mailing address of my policy to my old iowa address… told it’s fixed just old mail… well here it is October boom mail comes and it’s a automated payment reminder… sent to my old address. Maybe this review will make someone actually look at what’s going on with my account cuz it’s got an even worse address…"
